Every month, they cre­ate an amaz­ing cal­en­dar of edu­ca­tion­al, cul­tur­al, social and recre­ation­al pro­grams, activ­i­ties and events. Get start­ed with a per­son­al fit­ness pro­gram from our exer­cise phys­i­ol­o­gist. Whether it’s one-on-one fit­ness train­ing or an engag­ing yoga class, our team of friend­ly train­ers will make it fun to stay active. We also have pro­grams to help with age-relat­ed phys­i­cal issues — such as arthri­tis, pos­ture, and flexibility.
